🏠 HOUSE RULES 

Dear guests, We are very pleased to welcome you to our accommodation. To make your stay as pleasant and trouble-free as possible, please observe the following house rules:

Arrival and departure: Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. Please leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you need a different time, please let us know in advance.

Noise and quiet hours: Our neighbors are important to us. Please avoid loud noises between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. This includes loud music and television.

Key care: Please handle the keys carefully. Loss will result in significant damage costs that will be charged to you.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Pets: Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.

Parties and events: Parties, loud music, or events are not allowed in the apartment. Please respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors.

Visitors: Additional guests not included in the booking should not stay overnight in the apartment. Short visits are allowed by prior arrangement.

Waste and recycling: Please dispose of your waste regularly in the designated outdoor bins.

Safety: Please make sure to lock the apartment and close all windows when leaving. This is for your safety and the protection of your personal belongings.

Damage: We understand that accidents can happen. Please inform us immediately if anything is damaged so that we can fix it as soon as possible.

Furniture: Please treat the furniture and furnishings with care and avoid moving or damaging them.

Save energy: We are environmentally conscious and ask you to switch off lights and electronic devices when not in use or when leaving the apartment.

Child-friendly: Our accommodation is child-friendly.

Shoes indoors: Please take off your shoes to help keep the apartment clean.

Departure: On departure, please place all used towels in the laundry basket and empty the refrigerator of personal food. Respectful behavior: We ask for respectful treatment of the furnishings and the neighborhood. Any violation of the house rules may result in serious financial consequences.
